Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WorkMint Talent Solutions (“WorkMint”, “we”, “our”), we operate on a transparent, professional, and service-based engagement model. Our work involves time, expertise, research, screening hours, and manpower investment from Day 1.

To maintain fairness and safeguard service integrity, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all clients (“Client”, “You”).

1. No Refund on Delivered or Ongoing Services

All fees paid toward recruitment, consulting, talent acquisition, or related services are non-refundable, as WorkMint’s effort begins immediately upon project initiation.

This includes payments for:

  • C-Suite & Executive Search
  • Mid–Senior Hiring
  • Bulk Hiring
  • End-to-End Recruitment Support
  • Strategic Talent Consulting
  • Retained / Monthly Hiring Partnerships
  • Or any other service offered by Workmint.

Once the service cycle begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in business priorities
  • Internal restructuring
  • Role freeze/postponement
  • Position closure
  • Budget changes
  • Candidate-side withdrawal
  • Client-side delay or non-responsiveness

2. Advance Payments Are Mandatory & Non-Refundable

All project-based and monthly retainer fees are to be paid in advance. These fees cover WorkMint’s:

  • Research
  • Talent mapping
  • Sourcing hours
  • Screening & evaluation
  • Shortlisting & coordination
  • Internal manpower allocation

Since these efforts cannot be reversed, advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of Services

If the Client chooses to discontinue services for any reason:

  • A minimum 15-day written notice is required for monthly retainers.
  • All pending invoices must be cleared before discontinuation.
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the ongoing billing cycle.

WorkMint also reserves the right to discontinue services in case of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment
  • Misuse of candidate information
  • Unethical hiring practices by the Client
  • Breach of agreement terms

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

4. Paid Add-ons, Marketing, Ads & External Tools

Any fees paid by the Client for:

  • LinkedIn ads
  • Job portals
  • Marketing boosts
  • Email campaigns
  • External recruitment tools

are strictly non-refundable, as these are third-party costs.

5. Candidate-Related Scenarios

To protect WorkMint from uncontrollable external factors, no refunds will be provided if a candidate:

  • Withdraws after accepting the offer
  • Declines at any stage
  • Leaves the organization later
  • Fails internal assessments
  • Does not clear background checks
  • Performs below expectations
  • Does not join due to company-side delays

These factors are outside WorkMint’s control; hence, no refunds or reimbursements apply.

6. No Success-Based, Performance-Based, or Guarantee-Based Refunds

WorkMint provides its services on a best-effort basis, using industry expertise, data-driven processes, and curated networks. However, we do NOT offer:

  • Refunds based on hiring outcomes
  • Refunds based on timelines
  • Refunds based on internal company decisions
  • Money-back guarantees of any kind

Recruitment outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond WorkMint’s control.

7. Amendments

WorkMint reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
